Front desk and reception of La Roubine
At La Roubine, we sincerely believe that the notion of services is essential. Wearing smiles and name tags, our staff is available every day, and takes into consideration any problem you as customers may experience several hundred kilometres from home, because at La Roubine we attach boundless importance to the wellbeing of our customers. Customer is King to all our team and we aim to apply this motto as much as possible.
A place that listens to you
The campsite reception is at your service from 8am to 7pm without interruption; from the opening hours to closing hours. Outside the open period, we welcome you by phone between 9 am and 12pm Monday to Friday and, of course, by email.
We warmly welcome you to the magnificent Ardèche department at our reception as soon as you arrive. In addition to the many useful related tips for your stay, you will receive much tourist information about the Ardèche and the surrounding region. Here, you can also register for the world-famous descent of the Ardèche by canoe and if you’re short on reading, you’ll find a well-stocked free library!
