We offer you a relaxing and stress-free vacation, thanks to all the efforts we make in applying the health measures we have taken for your safety and well-being.

Everywhere in the campsite you will find disinfectant gel.

The outdoors obviously makes it easier to keep distance and we are fortunate to have lots of space (7 hectares) and large pitches.

As for the equipment, please note that during the 2021 season, all our infrastructures were open. We apply the health protocols of the National Federation of Campings, which have been validated by the state services.

According to government instructions, some of our equipment may be closed or operate differently.

We will of course keep you informed on this page as the situation evolves.

Please be assured that our teams are working tirelessly to clean and disinfect all the places where we welcome you:

– the toilets which are cleaned and disinfected with the greatest care several times a day and which have already been equipped several years ago with soap dispensers for the washbasins, shower gel, disinfectant for the toilets and washing-up liquid for all sinks.

– the mobile homes which are thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and ventilated with each new occupation.

– the reception, the swimming pool, the water playground, the restaurant, the spa, the grocery store, the beach furniture and the playgrounds are carefully and thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, every day.

To allow you to book your pitch or mobile home with complete peace of mind, we offer special “PANDEMIC” conditions, valid for all bookings for the 2022 season and in particular:

In the event of administrative closure of the campsite during the dates of the booked stay, we offer, at the customer’s choice:

– A credit for the amount paid by the customer valid for 18 months refundable at the end of the validity period if not used

or

– a refund within 6 months

In the event that you or one of yours has contracted COVID 19 or is COVID contact, no refund or credit is possible, but we propose cancellation insurance which reimburses in the event of illness declared in the month preceding departure in the event of epidemic or pandemic.

Government measures

Under no circumstances Camping la Roubine can be held responsible for decisions taken by local and national authorities that have an impact on the stays of our customers.

Please note that we will do everything in our power to ensure that you have a pleasant holiday, despite the constraints imposed, and we will be very happy to welcome you!
