One of our peculiarities that make our campsite undoubtedly charming is the incredible location- just by the river. Alongside the campsite runs the Ardèche river and offers a superb stretch of calm water, with a beautiful private sandy beach reserved especially for our guests alone. Thanks to the buoyant water line, you needn’t worry about passing kayaks bothering your swim nor disturbing the view. Under the dappled shade of the acacias and parasols, you’ll completely escape snoozing on the pre-installed deckchairs and sofa-swings… For an ice-cream or coffee, you only need to walk a few steps to the Bus-Café.
Discover the Bus-Café
During the months of June, July, and August, you’re welcome to pay a visit to the Bus-Café; our little beach bar! No need to return to your pitch or journey to the pool’s Snack Bar! Every afternoon you can continue to relax on our swings, bathing in the sun with a view over the river, whilst sipping a drink, coffee, or tucking into an ice-cream. Just a flavour of what is a holiday at La Roubine!
A river for all of your fancies
A real hub of the campsite, the river allows you to realise all your holiday ideas. Doze on our chairs, read on your air-mattress, swim across the river and back, build sandcastles, it’s all within your reach… But don’t forget your own inflatable boats nor paddleboards because the kids will ask for it! For fishing enthusiasts there’s no need to even leave the grounds because here you can catch trout, carp, and small fry just to name a few…
