Sustainable development

We try to reduce the use of water and energy as much as we can, to respect the environment but offer you a maximum of comfort.
These are the actions we take in the field of energy reduction:
-    the water of both the swimming pool and the water playground is heated with heat pumps
-    solar lamps lighten the paths in the camping
-    lights in toilets and washbasins work with radar
-    all the lights on the camping have automatic clocks
-    the large sanitary building has roof windows to let in the daylight so we don’t use artificial light during the day

Concerning the reduction of the water consumption:
 -    the water taps of the showers and washbasins have push buttons
-    thanks to filters on the washbasin taps less water is used
-    we use water from the well to water plants, with a drop to drop system

To clean our sanitary buildings and mobile homes we mainly use ecological products. Our toilet paper is 100 % ecological.
For the rubbish we have reserved a special area outside the camping, with separate containers for glass, paper, plastic and paper containers and a compost zone for the organic leftovers.   The used frying oils of the restaurant are recycled by a local non profit organisation. We don’t give plastic bags in the grocery store.
